Cimarrón

He/Him

Cimarrón’s impact and presence within the Latin-techno scene are undeniable. Based in Buenos Aires, the producer and DJ has crafted an extensive body of club-oriented works - a versatile catalog that spans from gritty, hard-hitting Latin-infused techno to playful, pop-driven club tracks.

His DJ sets are fluid yet cohesive: driven by energy and speed, Cimarrón blurs the boundaries between commercial and experimental sounds, between intensity and fun, playfulness and precision. His performances weave together genres such as techno, bass music, trance, footwork, pop, hyperpop, dembow, and reggaeton - always with a distinctive Latin flair.

Cimarrón’s unique sound and style have taken him across Europe and Latin America, performing in key cities such as Berlin, Barcelona, London, Mexico City, Buenos Aires, Santiago de Chile, Paris, Madrid, and Prague, among others. He has appeared at major festivals like Lollapalooza and RAVE3000 (Buenos Aires), iconic raves such as 2CPERREA, NUMBERS, 999, 8*8eclub, and Hiedrah, and on international radio stations including Rinse FM (France), Drama Radio (Mexico), Kiosk Radio (Belgium), and HKCR (Hong Kong).

As a producer, his music has been released on influential labels such as NAAFI and Terminal (Mexico), MUAKK and Putivuelta (Colombia), and Hiedrah (Argentina), among many others. He has produced for pop artists including TERRA, Six Sex, FIAH, and Sassyggirl, and collaborated with fellow DJ/producers Brenda, 2AT, Merca Bae, and DJ Florentino.

In late 2024, Cimarrón co-founded his own label, Promesa, alongside Lilen (Chile) and Eisebelle (Mexico) — a growing platform dedicated to experimental club music from Latin American artists pushing.
